Thats when the Myrtle Beach areas very first golf resort opened (Ocean Forest Country Club, known today as Pine Lakes Country Club), followed in 1971 by the development of the first multi-course daily fee facility in the Southeast - the Arnold Palmer-designed Myrtle Beach National, featuring 54 holes. From those humble beginnings 85 years ago, our assets have continued to grow and succeed in one of Americas most competitive golf markets - now as part of a company that owns and/or manages 22 highly successful golf facilities, and is affiliated with 17 condominium resorts.
