National Indigenous Women Forum (NIWF) was founded in 1998 to raise awareness, empower Indigenous Women, and support Indigenous communities to become equal partners at local and national levels. NIWF focuses on solving the root causes of vulnerability and exclusion of Indigenous Women and Girls. From the grassroots to the policy level, we unite to intensify advocacy for securing the rights of Indigenous Women and Girls and run programs focusing on advocacy, training, discussion, interaction, research, and publication as needed
