NUBE is your trade union, established as a legal entity under the Trade Union Act 1959. As a member, you belong to a caring fraternity of bank workers committed to fight for better conditions and prospects for each member of the Union. NUBE is a non-profit organisation. The main goal of NUBE, Malaysias third largest union, is to improve the working lives of its 20,000 or so members in the banking and financial institutions of Peninsular Malaysia.
