National Youth Climate Consortium

The National Youth Climate Consortium (NYCC) is a youth-led collective effort empowering grassroot leaders, working at the intersection of climate change and cross-cutting issues. The Consortium aims to strengthen grassroots youth-led networks, organisations and individuals in catalysing their existing efforts on climate action and promoting their consistent, meaningful and effective participation. To this end, the NYCC uses a three-pronged strategy: - bridging partnerships between young climate leaders and governments, - supporting resources and micro-grants to establish local chapters, and - fostering a Community of Practice to enable experience-sharing and facilitating local to global journeys.
