Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments

We are the regional planning organization for the Naugatuck Valley, consisting of nineteen municipalities in the greater Waterbury, CT area. We are one of nine state-designated planning regions in Connecticut. The mission of NVCOG is to support the needs of its member communities, and to promote innovation, economies of scale, and regional cooperation. The NVCOG strives to create and implement programs that better align the Naugatuck Valley to a changing future
