Naval Submarine Training Center Pacific (NSTCP) provides current and accurate engineering and tactical team training, formal courses of instruction to U.S. Pacific Fleet submarines, using the most advanced teaching techniques and tailoring to each ships specific needs a plan to develop team skills and individual expertise to support the fleet in the conduct of operations in war and peace.
