Naveed Zafar Ashfaq Jaffery & Co., Chartered Accountants (NZAJ), a member firm of Prime Global, was originally established in 1972 with the name of S. Zafar Shah & Co. and, in 2005, was subsequently merged with the successor of a former member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. The firm was further reformed and restructured to expand its operations and create synergy over the period. The name of the firm was then changed again, from Naveed Zafar Husain Jaffery & Co., to the above name as of May 2012, and such change of name has been approved by the regulating body, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP). Today, Naveed Zafar Ashfaq Jaffery & Co. has seven partners and a number of qualified staff, having specialist knowledge for different sectors.
