We started a private investment partnership following the model of a hedge fund and the best governance practices. Since 2008 we have launched three investment funds: 1. Private Equity NCF Investment Fund Sectors: microfinance, agribusiness Rationale: There are only a few private equity investment managers in Peru, all focused on acquiring majority stakes of major firms. We found several opportunities in small/medium business to acquire minority stakes near book value and later increase our investment following the growth of the companies. Our experience: we are able to locate interesting companies with good track record and growth potential, and contribute to fulfill this potential with good corporate governance practices and supporting financial activities in the company. 2.
