Nebula Institute of Technology

Nebula is an Educational Institute that has grown from intense and comprehensive engagement in training professionals over half a century. It was first known as the Sri Lanka Telecom Training Centre, set up as the training arm of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC with a mandate to develop the companys human resources. It played a key role in the company becoming the premier integrated communications service provider and the leading broadband and backbone infrastructure services provider in the country. It all began in 1973 with the establishment of a Training Centre in Moratuwa, followed by the setting up of a similar facility ten years later in Peradeniya and another in 1988 in Welisara, the last emerging as the flagship training facility of the company. In 2004 Sri Lanka Telecom Training Centre launched its services to the external parties through collaboration with City & Guilds.
