NED Racers

NED Racers, formerly known as NED Formula Racing is the Formula Student team of NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan. The team holds the privilege of representing NEDUET and Pakistan in the Formula North 2018, held in Canada. This journey began back in 2016, when a group of engineering students from NEDUET took up this challenge of constructing a formula style vehicle to compete with the teams from the best engineering universities of the world. Since 2016, the team has come a long way ahead, learnt from the experiences gained, and have recorded a massive improvement in a short span of three years. Formula Student challenges student engineers to design, build and test a single seat racing car in one year. The cars are then judged on their speed, acceleration, handling and endurance in a series of time-trial races, while the teams are tested on their design, costing and business presentation skills.
