Neighborhood Place of Puna

Neighborhood Place of Puna (NPP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting families on Hawaii Island in accessing the necessary tools and resources they need to raise their keiki (children) within a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment. Our goal is to provide a non-stigmatizing approach to offer families with underage children various resources and support to address concrete needs, housing instability, skill building, developmentally appropriate parenting, and social isolation. We also aim to provide opportunities for healing, growth, learning, and personal development.
