About NEKCOM NEKCOM has a 10-year legacy developing uniquely distinctive, creative, and captivating console and PC games for Sony PlayStation, Microsoft XBOX, Nintendo Switch and Steam. Our Story Founded in 2011, NEKCOM began with the desire and capability to create a compelling and challenging console/PC game series conceived by NEKCOM Founder Xiangyu Luo and his creative development team. Our first title, DYING: Reborn, released in 2015, is a dark, horror-themed puzzle game that creates a first-person escape room experience. Available on both console and PC formats, it sold over 300,000 copies a record at that time for an indie developer. Now, the first sequel is in the works. DYING:1983 is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) which will optimize game play using the PS5 DualSense controller.
