When Elsa Nelson met Mark Shelton in the early 80s while working for a large Real Estate Brokerage, a partnership between the two was almost natural. As lead participants in the expansion division of their company, they set to travel the country opening over 125 brokerages in all major metropolitan markets. Years of experience taught them how to find the perfect location, staff and office and recruit top Sales Agents. Their success during this time gave them the drive and confidence to open their own Brokerage. So they planted roots of their own in Beverly Hills, California and the Greater Los Angeles area became their playground. Elsas favorite saying is Do the Right Thing at the Right Time.
