Netherlands Industries for Defence & Security

The NIDV is a special interest group representing the interests of the Dutch industry for Defence and Security. We act as both a partner of and an intermediary between industry and government in the field of Defence and Security. Any company located in the Netherlands is eligible to join the Association, on the condition that it is already undertaking business activities in the defence and security sectors or is aspiring to do so. Members of the NIDV also include research organisations carrying out R&D with a relevance to the defence and security sector. The NIDV is a non-profit organisation that aims to promote and encourage the involvement of industry in the Netherlands and get contracts from a variety of ministries whose portfolio encompasses different aspects of security.
