Neumann Companies is a family-owned business developing great residential neighborhoods, green building and solar energy. Our family of companies are recognized leaders in conservation development, award-winning new homes and green building and renewable solar energy. Neumann Companies has improved over 3,000 homesites, while preserving over 2,500 acres of permanent green space. We have built subdivisions in over 30 Southern Wisconsin communities, and built over 25 miles of roads. We have achieved a National Association of Home Builders Green Subdivision rating on a community in Brookfield, which is only the 20th green rated subdivision in the nation. Wisconsin is our home and we are proud to know it well.
