We have 2 licensed massage therapist, a certified doula, and a Pilates specialist. We offer many different types of massage, from Swedish, neuromuscular to trigger point work. A doula is a greek word that means woman caregiver. They are trained as a labor assistant who can give continued support to the mother, father or partner.
