Our team will work closely with you and your doctor to provide the most complete recovery. An Administrative and Clinical Representative is on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to facilitate our patients health care needs. We are currently serving Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Saginaw, Sanilac, Lapeer, and Genesee Counties. Home Health Care is tailored to assist the individual and family to achieve the optimal level of health, prevent hospitalization and provide care and support for the family.
