New Circles Community Services

New Circles Community Services is a non-profit, grass-roots agency that builds strong and caring communities by providing basic necessities to those living in poverty. We provide much needed clothing, social programs, and skill building opportunities to residents of Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park, Victoria Village, and Crescent Town, many of whom are newcomers to Canada. Our core mission is to ensure that local families struggling with poverty can meet their basic need for adequate clothing. We operate a large facility under the name of GLOW (Gently Loved Outfits to Wear), that offers a 100% free retail shopping experience that preserves dignity for clients. We also provide emergency relief city-wide for individuals in shelters and refugee centres or who have been released from healthcare or correctional facilities. GLOW has 15,000 visits annually.
