New Community Shelter

The New Community Shelter was founded in 1994 to help the homeless and the hungry, and has evolved to become one of the most respected shelters in the State of Wisconsin and is respected by city and county officials and residents of the City of Green Bay. Our primary objectives are to help adults experiencing homelessness by offering education, individual case management, mental health support, addictions counseling and endless resources to end homelessness. We operate in an atmosphere of respect, hold people accountable and have expectations of people, as we offer help and hope to individuals striving for self-sufficiency.
