New Horizons Home Health Services was founded in 1995, with the vision of utilizing Christian values in providing home health care. Our vision is to provide care with commitment, compassion, and integrity not only to the population that we serve but to the staff of New Horizons as well. The dedicated staff are committed to assisting those in need. We proudly serve the members of our community who are disabled, chronically ill, or physically/cognitively impaired, pediatrics though geriatrics, who may need assistance, to remain in their own home or temporary residence as a viable option to health facilities or institutions. We focus our energy and passion into the continually improving to meet and exceed the expectations of the clients we serve.
