New Hover is a Member of Luna Group ; In 1967, Dr. George Amin established Luna Co. for International Trade which was merged later into Luna Industrial Investments in 1995, a joint stock company specializing in raw material trading for pharmaceuticals, food and technical industries. For further expansion, a new affiliated company was founded in 1996 under the name of Luna Trading Ingredients for Food and Chemical Industries located in Al-Amriya Free Zone, Alexandria, Egypt.
