New Opportunities Organization

New Opportunities Organization educates and empowers underserved communities through partnerships, vocational training, and supportive services to improve the quality of life of our students. Established in 2013, the New Opportunities Organization is a nonprofit public benefit corporation that manages 2 charter high schools in the major Los Angeles area. Our exclusive partnerships with various Americas Job Centers of California (AJCC) and with the County of Los Angeles, including the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department, allow us to provide high school diploma completion services to students 18 years old and older at 7 community sites and 3 County jail facilities. Our Reentry Services provide additional support to our students and Alumni. Our reentry team is made up of social workers and para professionals who offer a range of services both inside of the correctional facilities and at our community locations as well as to the community at large.
