Factory: Newco repairs guns, nozzles and melters that apply polyurethane sealants in automotive plants. Our coatings reduce clogging and cleaning problems. Restoration: nozzles, modules, guns, pumps and melters of every type and brand are thoroughly cleaned, repaired and brought back to new condition at a fraction of the cost of new. Repair: often parts cannot be repaired in the field. Pumps and slot dies require grinding, special cleaning and/or platings and coatings.
