The Newlast group rises in the 90ies from the idea and the will of the President, Roberto Carlone, to apply the knowledge learnt within years of experience in the branch of industrial machine-tools to a field tied to time and obsolete working procedures, the one in manufacture of lasts for footwear. From the beginning the goal is to reach to an integrate process, highly technological , that, starting from the base of every footwear, the planning and manufacturing of the last, it arrives to the commercialization of the footwear itself meaning, in a tangible way, in feedback on the product quality and on services for the consumer. Savings in operating costs, decrease of time to market, precision of manufacturing, simplification and standardization of the productive process, on-line data interchange.
