Next Design LLC was founded in 1999 and is recognized as a woman and minority owned firm. We are a full service architecture, interior architecture and planning firm. Next Design has a staff of 20 including the two owners who have over 60 years of continued experience. Our projects have received design awards from various organizations throughout the years including Grand awards from the Building Industry Association (BIA), The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) of Hawaii, LEED Certifications and the Historic Hawaii Foundation. Next Designs philosophy is to provide our client and the projects users with the best value within the given time and cost constraints.
