After almost a decade in the industry, Julie Gadwood was inspired to start the Gadwood Group Realty Company in 2012 to create a place for agents to have a place to do business the right way - allowing them to provide their clients with the best service possible. She saw that some in the industry had lost their passion for service or had so much red-tape in larger firms keeping them from helping their clients effectively. So, the Gadwood Group was born. As it continued to grow, Julie sought ways to improve her service, training, and opportunities for both her agents and clients. In 2019, she decided to partner with the national franchise, NextHome, because the core of the organization was a mindset we call Humans Over Houses.
