Who are we? Nexus Global Student Group is a student organization focused on connecting and developing relationships between highly ambitious students from different academic disciplines. There is a hidden problem plaguing university students across the globe: tunnel vision. Students who have their sights set on a specific career/industry tend to lock themselves onto a narrow path. - Business majors interested in investment banking join finance clubs, take finance classes, attend IB related events, and end up forming their lives and friend groups around their future industry. - Political science majors that want to work on campaigns join student government, intern for local representatives, attend campaign events. - Premeds, engineers, artists, journalists... the list goes on. Every major has a tendency to isolate within itself.
