NHP (The National House Project) was incorporated as a Charity in August 2018. It provides support and expertise to local authorities around the country to set up and manage Local House Projects so that young people leave care in a planned and supported way. Charity number: 1179743 Young people experience leaving care together and this peer community supports them to develop the practical and emotional skills that they need to live interdependently. They work on houses which become their homes to live in for as long as they want
