Nickeled & Dimed is the official research platform of the Centre for New Economics Studies (CNES) which is a Research Centre at the Jindal School of International Affairs, O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat. The platform serves as an open academic forum for commentaries, opinions, thematic research article series on current political and economic issues allowing readers to get a balanced, informative view. We hope that through this initiative our team and readers both can contribute towards a constructive and informed discourse. Nickeled and Dimed welcomes articles from all scholars working in the fields of international political economy, development studies, public policy, applied macro & microeconomics, to name a few. We especially encourage young scholars and graduate students to write about global, economic and political issues, providing an economic outlook and delivering perspectives that are often overlooked by mainstream media
