Nigerian Medical Students Association

NiMSA is a non-governmental organisation and the umbrella body of over 40,000 medical students in about 50 medical schools in Nigeria. NiMSA Objectives include; 1. To cater for the general welfare, interest and defend the rights of all Members of the association. 2. To serve as a forum for interaction and promotion of unity among members. 3. To promote the ethics of the medical profession among medical students. 4. To contribute towards the improvement of the health institutions of our people by rendering help in all projects where medical students can be of assistance. 5. To project the good image of all members at national and international lscene. 6. To serve as a platform for coordinating opinions and information in medical and related fields and to co-operate with the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) and other related organizations, including student organizations at home and abroad in endeavors particularly affecting Nigeria. 7.
