The NIGHT CLUB walk-in installation is designed to engage and communicate the best available evidence-based sleep health information to night shift workers in situ during the night shift. Academics and science-communicators are on hand to offer easy to follow advice on the interventions individuals can make to improve the quality and extent of their sleep. The focus of the intervention is on diet and exercise, sleep environment and sleep hygiene, mental health, understanding chronotype and sleep patterns. Experience has shown that the lens of sleep is a great entry to wider physical and mental health issues.
