NIOST

NIOST is SIBURs corporate chemical R&D centre. The centre includes dedicated laboratories for a number of fields, including petrochemical synthesis, heterogeneous catalysis, synthesis of plastics, polymeric composite materials, and elastomer synthesis and modification. The organisations production sites operate the latest laboratory and analytical equipment from the worlds leading manufacturers. The pilot facilities create scaled-down models of technological processes currently under development. NIOSTs Test Laboratorial Centre, which includes the Laboratory for Physical and Chemical Research Methods and the Physical Testing Department, was certified in the Nanocertifica system of RUSNANO State Corporation and in the Accreditation System for Analytical Laboratories (SAAL).
