NISPAcee

The Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) was established in 1994 with the mission to facilitate the East-East collaboration in the field of public administration education, training and research, and in this way to promote the human capacity building and institutional development in public administration in post-communist countries. NISPAcee was legally registered under the Slovak legislation as an international, nongovernmental, non profit organization in October 1995, with the Executive Secretariat located in Bratislava Slovakia.
