Core Values Every day each one of us makes choices based on options often conflicting options that we have. Its simple enough to say, Just do the right thing. The question is: how do we know what is right? Ones core values are what determine that right answer. Two important conclusions can be drawn from this thought process. First, a clear understanding of the individuals core values and steadfast adherence to these is critical. And second, the core values of the individual should be aligned with those of the community of which the individual chooses to be a part. The Nixor community believes in unquestionable ethics, unconditional respect for teachers, courage in our actions and pursuit of academic excellence. This institutions vision, our mission and our likelihood of success is built on our commitment to these values.
