We started Nkuzi Change with a bold goal of solving 3 intractable problems in big, complex businesses: 1. Big companies should be the most exciting and attractive places to work but they arent (unless youre at the top) 2. Given their resources, insights and skills, big companies should also be the most dynamic, where great talent meets massive opportunity too often theyre not. 3. Successful change is essential for businesses and big companies should be good it. They have all the tools and resources at their disposal but they find it hardest of all, and they fail repeatedly.
