NLC Madhyasthta- The ADR Cell

Madhyasthta The ADR Cell, is a student initiative by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be Universitys New Law College, Pune. The Cell was instituted on 1st August, 2019 and since then has been working efficiently under the guidance of Dr. Bhagyashree Deshpande ( I/C Principal, New Law College, BVDU, Pune) and Ms. Shivangi Sinha ( Assistant Professor and Faculty Coordinator, Madhyasthta), in training and developing the skill sets of the students in the field of ADR i.e. Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation and Negotiation. the cell has conducted various Seminars, Webinars, Panel Discussions and Intra-College competitions and at the same time has worked immensely for spreading awareness about ADR practices within student community and giving information regarding various National and International competition.
