NLP

One way to think about our lives is as a form of journey. On the way we develop, grow. We are often surprised, sometimes positively - but it can also happen that we feel a little bit trapped in certain patterns of situations, which we dont like, or the situations which arent good for us. To my mind, at its core, NLP is just a toolbox that can help you find ways out of those difficult situations, charter a safer course for the future, explore more options, and notice new opportunities. In my opinion its not a panacea that will solve problems, or cure every pain. Its an additional resource you can have to create a better life for yourself and your close ones, but it comes with work and limitations as well.
