We aim to create a double-sided marketplace where organisations can engage the best available skills for the any and all tasks they need done outside the traditional and formal labour market model - the job. We seek to not only showcase the best African skills available on the market, but to spark a movement where Africans continually assess the adequacy and relevance of their skills, and develop within them, the habit of continual development and their constant assessment and alignment to the demonstrable needs of African economies.
