NOPEK a.s. is a company based in Czechia in September 1991. The first step was the purchase of the bakery in Horice v Podkrkonosi and other buildings followed, including the one in Vysoke Myto, where the company headquarters is today. Now the company has four bakeries, one laboratory and nine brick-and-mortar stores. The company produces a range of 620 different products in an annual volume of 12,000 tonnes, which are distributed to more than 2,200 customer locations. The company is also one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of deep-frozen bakery products. The biggest innovation is a special printing technology that allows printing directly on food. The quality and safety of the food is of the utmost importance to the company. The company has been BVQI certified since 2000. The ISO 9001:2000 standard was applied at first, and it is currently certified according to the FSSC 22000 standard.
