In December of 1964, Mr. Frank Ober started Norak Steel Construction Limited with a structural steel fabrication shop of 10,000 square feet and a small office in Concord, Ontario. Mr. Frank Ober was known in the industry as a man of his word who did business with a handshake. His same ideals and integrity with regards to professionalism and promise of excellent product are the foundations upon which Norak stands today. Mr. Peter Ober, has taken the company from humble beginnings and turned it into an industry leader. He has decades of service at Norak Steel, a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University, and experience as a General Manager, Plant Manager, Purchasing Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Detailer, Welder, Fitter, and Driver. Since becoming the President of Norak Steel, Mr. Peter Ober has transformed the shop into a fully equipped 39,000 square foot facility with top of the line machinery and CNC software, and the office area into 10,000 square feet.
