New, third brand Deary brings plant-based portfolio under one umbrella brand for efficient expansion in export markets. In July 2020 AS Maag Group restructured its dairy companies and transferred the shareholdings in TERE AS and AS Farmi Piimatoostus to a holding company Nordic Milk OU. Nordic Milk OU is now the group of dairy companies with a simple and clear structure, solid production and known trademarks. The new structure will guarantee more efficient management of the companies and all their factories and will give better position to expand the activities in the Baltic and Nordic countries.
