Norfolk Motor Company Limited or Norfolk Motor Group as we are known This is the 46th year of the business and in the last five years we have awarded almost 65% of the workforce with long service awards, the longest awards being 40, 30 and 29 years. In addition we have a healthy number of staff who having reached official retirement age, asked us could they stay on, and we of course were pleased they wanted to do so, and they are all still with us. We are also investors in people as the younger staff are our future and several of our younger staff have won national accolades in 2013/14 under Franchise and Motor Trade Apprenticeships, two of which won Apprentices of the Year Awards for Kia and one went onto to win the IMI Skills Auto UK Apprentice of the year for multi franchise.
