Who We Are: From the very beginning our goal has been to be a reliable supplier of quality herbs and flowering plants. In growing edible products we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards in plant health, plant flavor, and environmental impact. Our herb program, Blue Label Herbs, is USDA Certified Organic through the Texas Department of Agriculture and includes a rich variety selection which allows our customers to meet the more detailed needs of the consumer. Where We Came From: Nortex is a family business owned by Jon and Lillian Pinkus, and operated by their son, Aaron. In 1971, after working 30 years to beautify the Dallas area through landscaping and hands on help at our retail nursery, Jon Pinkus farmed his first acre in Wylie, Texas. Today, Nortex grows its diverse product line of annuals, perennials, herbs, and premium color, on over 10 acres in the community where it all began.
