North Valley Services

North Valley Services became a California non-profit corporation in 1967, when a group of local citizens began a mission to Promote opportunities for persons with disabilities in the environment of their choice. At the time, many were left without places to socialize or opportunities to grow, thus the Tehama Opportunity Center, or as it is now known, North Valley Services, was born. First located in the basement of a local church in Red Bluff, Ca., North Valley Services has experienced tremendous growth in rural northern California and now serves over 270 people in Tehama, Glenn, and Lassen counties. We provide a variety of options including housing, day services, supported and competitive employment, and transportation to the communities where we reside.
