The Center for Well-Being is a 501c(3) nonprofit agency founded in 1994 in Santa Rosa, California providing almost 30 years of health and wellness services. Our goal is to achieve a healthier community for all, and we do so through clinical services and community programs that empower individuals with tools, knowledge, and resources to be well.
