Northern Home for children

Northern Home for Children has been providing a safe haven for children and a safety net for families facing extraordinary challenges since its founding in 1853. Northern Home for Children serves children and families from the greater Philadelphia area through the provision of social services, behavioral health and school-based programs. The mission of Northern Home for Children is to foster the development of self confidence, resiliency and other life skills in at-risk children, youth and their families through the provision of behavioral health, child welfare and preventive services.
