A 100-bed, acute care, short-stay psychiatric hospital, Acadia provides a full continuum of behavioral (mental) health services including inpatient and outpatient services for children, teens, and adults. We meet our patients where they are. Whether in our offices or virtually from the comfort of the their home through telehealth, Acadia Hospital strives to make patient access easy. Our outpatient services include individual, family, and group therapy; medication management; case management; intensive day treatment programs; electroconvulsive therapy; mood and memory care; an observation unit; and a robust substance use disorder treatment program that encompasses medicated assisted treatment.
