We first opened our doors in 1947 as Northcote Preston Helping Hand Association. Since then we have created a long and proud history of providing innovative and supportive programs for people with disability, their families and carers. We provide extensive services by using community resources and designing programs to increase and build on each persons abilities. This allows people to actively take part in their local community.
