Northern Virginia Building Industry Association

NVBIA is the association for homebuilding & remodeling community in Northern Virginia. NVBIA has 4 goals: 1. To advocate for the building industry at the local, state and national levels. 2. To educate our members through certified and non certified classes and seminars. 3. To create networking opportunities to grow and foster business relationships. 4. To support our community. We have been achieving these 4 goals since 1936. As a member of NVBIA, you are also a member of the Home Building Association of Virginia & the National Association of Home Builders. Through the support of our membership we are able to advocate at all 3 levels to keep new home development affordable to new home buyers. NVBIA hosts seminars and classes for all aspects related to home building. Some topics include: green building, social media, market trends, financing, sales & marketing, just to name a few.
