Northwest Neighborhoods CDC provides comprehensive community development services to nearly 28,000 residents in Cudell, Detroit Shoreway and Edgewater on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. Through collaboration, our organization guides the physical, economic and social development of the neighborhoods we serve toward improved quality of life. Northwest Neighborhoods CDC was formed in 2021 through a members-approved merger of Cudell Improvement, Inc. and Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization
